A note from Mel on class programs:

Consistency is key! At Homebody, I personally design each and every class with the long game in mind. I will not waste your time and money by teaching a bunch of random classes that yield random results.

I have six unique programs, designed to systematically progress you over a period of 8 weeks. You do not have to start at week 1, you may join anytime. For the best results I recommend sticking with one program for the entire 8 weeks, or doing two programs concurrently for 8 weeks. Strength and Form and Function are designed to compliment Open Level and Advanced reformer classes.

Intentional programming is absolutely essential if you want to see results. All you have to do is show up, I will take care of the rest.
